Entertaining: French Lemonade Bar
One of my favorite things to order in the Summer in France is citron pressé its simple and so refreshing on a hot day. Its typically served with fresh squeezed lemon juice, a carafe, and sugar on the side. You make your own table side.
For our summer picnic we decided to add a little flavor with raspberries, blueberries, and mint. Mix your desired flavor depending on your own tastes. Muddle some mint and raspberries to put a refreshing twist on an old classic.
gather ingredients of fresh raspberries, mint and blueberries at the local market while they are in season. You can add a pop of color with fun straws in a variety of colors.
serve to your guests on a simple tray like this one and let them create their own flavor. You can use flat or sparkling water.
Add ice and enjoy!
