Links I Love Week 43

It was a big adjustment coming home. Not just for sleep and jet lag, but catching up on so much while I was gone. Paris had me glowing and on cloud 9 for two straight weeks and it is always a struggle to return to reality. I call it the Paris Hangover. The best way to recover is to book another trip…

Grab your coffee and croissants and join me for this week’s links I love. ❤️

How I rekindled my love affair with Paris and what you need to know before you go

Art to see in Paris this Fall

I missed out on the series Before Sunrise and I heard so many girls talk about it in Paris I am making it homework for readers if you haven’t seen it. I will be snuggled up with Henri and a bowl of popcorn watching this weekend.

Wes Anderson designed a train carriage and it looks like it is straight out of one of his movies

After spending time in Paris this Fall, I am really into glassware. I want to buy it all. Including these goblets and these glasses. (just purchased)

The new chic brasserie that attracts all of Paris. Adding this for my next trip to Paris

This was the view outside my hotel on the last night in Paris

Diptyque rolled out their holiday collection and I cannot wait to get my hands on this candle. There is also this set of the three holiday scents in a trio.

The Laundress is currently 25% off. I recommend you start with this set if you are new to their products. They are plant-based and female-owned which I love. It’s the only soap I use! You can use code REBECCA25 and receive a free stain bar for orders over $25.

Holiday Decor gift ideas. Supply chain delays are making it harder for things to arrive on time. Get your shopping and decor done early. I rounded up some of my favorites here.

It’s the Caudalie Friends and Family Sale. I stocked up in Paris where the prices are better. If you can’t make it to Paris, the sale gives you a great opportunity to order items at a discounted price that is closer to Paris prices. I had my skin mapped and they made suggestions based on age/oil/environment to improve my skin routine and overall routine.

In other movie news, I watched “How to Be Single” on the flight home and it was so good. The best advice I got in my early 30’s was to enjoy being single. I feel as a society we put so much pressure on dating and finding a mate, we miss the joys and importance of being single.

Sézane did a major restock in a lot of great items including the Gaspard sweater which I own in two colors (size small) also the trench coat I wore on repeat in Paris is back. I have it in a size 6.

I am excited to cook along with Daniel Boulud on Tuesday. If you want to join in, there is still space available and it’s free!

Speaking of Daniel Boulud, A review of his latest NYC restaurant Le Pavillion

I ordered this sweater for Paris and arrived after I left. I have now worn it two times this week. It is sweater weather in Chicago so I am sure I will get lots of use out of it. I love the button details down the back! I ordered it in a size small.

  1. I look forward to your post every Sunday. I’m a retired AA flight attendant and fell head over heels in love with Paris on my first layover. I’m constantly going back (thanks to free flights for life!) I have a very small business called DON’T GO TO PARIS WITHOUT ME. Girls only. Limit 6. Website Shoppariswithme.com. My question is how did you EVER manage 20?!!!

  2. We stayed in Philadelphia last night – we live about an hour away & went to the hockey game and out to dinner. Heading to Parc for brunch & I highly recommend.
