I got hooked on this Chicken Pita recipe a few weeks ago and I have eaten it so many times it is almost embarrassing. It is so easy and delicious. I love a good meal prep so you can make a lot of these things ahead of time and just throw it all together for an easy weeknight dinner or lunch.

I like to serve my Orzo Salad on the side if you can afford the carbs.

This is inspired by the chicken pita 🥙 I get at Miznon in Paris. Instead of Tahini, I use a yogurt/feta sauce to make it lighter and healthier.

Feta Yogurt Sauce Recipe:

Use a small Cuisinart to make the feta sauce.

4-6 oz fresh feta

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

1 cup 2% Greek yogurt

Chicken Pita Recipe:

Toasted Pita. I use a whole wheat option at my local grocery store.

Grilled Chicken. I do this ahead of time. This is marinated in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.



Red Onion

Tomatoes (if you want them)

I like to put the feta/yogurt sauce on the inside from top to bottom so you can get it in each bite. Layer the veggies and chicken starting with the veggies.

You can sprinkle a little feta cheese on top.
