Paris Diaries : Autumn No 2

I arrived in Paris yesterday around mid morning and I remarked to my seat mate that I have never seen the sun shine in Paris. We saw it as we approached Paris and as we landed the sky was gray… The rain fell from about noon until past midnight. For most, it was just a miserable weather day. I literally didn’t shoot anything except this photo and a few others that didn’t make the cut. But instead of complaining about the rain, I laughed and smiled. I don’t think I would know what to do on a sunny first day in Paris. For someone that doesn’t live in Paris full time, I still enjoy the rain in Paris. If you have been following me for a while you might remember that it rained almost the entire month I was visiting mid-April/mid-May.

I have hit the ground running and of course, I made it for my first coffee in three weeks! I missed it so much but it was a much needed and welcome break. I have been in Paris a more than 24 hours and my diet has turned to cheese, wine, coffee, and baguettes. There is a huge smile across my very tired face.

I am working on a few projects while I am here and I can’t wait to share more but until then I would love to know what you would like to see in Paris. I will be exploring with my camera after tomorrow’s project and would love to bring Paris to you.
