After a few weekends of back-to-back travel, I am so happy to be home. I loved traveling to see my family and I am grateful for the special time we had together. I need a reset weekend with healthy food and I am way overdue to clean out my closet for spring. Henri and I have some catching up to do and I would love to dive into a new book.

I was able to finally go back to in-person classes at my dance studio. Case numbers are low in Chicago and I have antibodies. I am still fighting my anxiety but It felt so good to get back. I have a month until my 40th birthday and I want to start to get back into shape. Not to mention a wedding later this year.

The Paris hitlist for restaurants

I sent this article to my sister as a good reminder for my niece as she gets older. I no longer sit at tables where I might be the topic when I get up. It took me a long time to learn this lesson.

I purchased this dress from J.Crew last week in two colors. I am happy to report it was a great fit and I can’t wait to wear it all summer. It’s a perfect throw-on dress with flats. The black is perfect, make sure to wear nude undergarments with the apricot or lighter colors.

We have been watching The Dropout on Hulu. Is anyone else watching? We recently finished The Tinder Swindler and Inventing Anna which all have a theme. You can see this post on other shows to watch if you are looking for something new.

Affection from a dog really is medicinal. I type this as Henri lays next to me almost on top of me. The best decision was to bring him home.

Why you should never put your suitcase on the bed. I had to make this a point to my finacé and now we can only pack on the floor. There is a good reason.

I am on the hunt for a few new bathing suits for an upcoming trip. I have my eye on this one, this one, and this one. I ordered this packable hat which will be essential.

It’s National Dry Shampoo day! I partnered with Klorane, my favorite dry shampoo to do a giveaway on Instagram.

This post about raising boys to be comfortable about talking about periods is so important. It used to be something we hid but it is a normal part of being a woman. I hope this inspires parents to normalize this conversation.

I had someone recently ask about the 3.1.1 liquid rule for traveling. I recently purchased some travel sizes of my favorite beauty from Biossance and it has been a game-changer. I am always forgetting a serum or cream when packing. I now have a travel bag packed and ready to go with everything I need for travel.

International Travel a casualty of the Russia/Ukraine war I have had many people ask me how I feel about traveling right now. This is a good article to read.

This stain remover is a staple in my laundry closet. It helped save the day earlier this week. If you don’t own some, I highly recommend giving it a try and adding it to your laundry routine.

  1. Quick question – you recommend an under eye product to reduce puffiness and dark circles. In fact, I recall, the company sent you some as a gift. I cannot find in your shop as I wanted to give you credit. Would you mind sharing again? Thank you so much!

  2. You mentioned awhile ago about your favorite KN95 mask, but I can’t find it anywhere on the site. Do you still have a favorite?
