In therapy this week, my therapist talked about Perimenopause. I’m working through a few things, and this conversation was a good breakthrough. She recommended this book. I am currently listening to it on Spotify, but I also plan on buying it. It is something I am bringing up with all my friends, too. We need more light on this topic, and it needs to happen with men and women.
Credo Friends and Family starts Monday. Here is what I would add to my cart. Le Balm Serum (I use this for under eyes and lips) Roz Milk Hair Serum Anything by Evolve Together, I love their deodorant and their soap is a splurge that sits in our powder room and smells so good.

I added in the Ziip Halo into my nightly beauty routine. It takes just a few minutes to cycle through and the work happens over night. Between waterflossing, flossing, and a lengthy beauty routine, I know this is a lot. But also, I could cut some screen time and trade it for some me time before bed. REBHALO gets you 10% off. You need the gel for it to work.

Lindsey Tramuta shared Shwi on her Instagram, and it immediately caught my eye. From the founders of Kubri. (big fan right here) I can’t wait to discover Shwi in the 10th near Canal Saint- Martin on my next Paris trip.
This week’s best sellers include the shoes I walked over 20,000 steps in while in Paris and the probiotic I keep with me when I travel.
