Bonjour from Paris! My husband and I are in Paris to celebrate our birthdays. It was a last-minute trip that all fell into place. I am working on links while listening to jazz on Saturday afternoon, after a full day of walking and eating an incredible lunch. (I will share more on that soon). The most beautiful flowers arrived from Sézane as a surprise for my birthday, and I can’t stop gushing over them. I am working on links while admiring the flowers and listening to jazz in our hotel room.

Before I forget and someone asks, I arrived from Chicago, quickly breezed through Passport Control, and still got my passport stamped. Paris has been scanning passports and doing facial recognition for a while now. They had some experience ahead of the changes, and it went better than expected.
