The last week was so nice at home, we played cards, binge-watched tv, napped, and I read a book. I didn’t move much from the couch and it was exactly what I needed.

Happy New Year to you! It was a quiet one spent at home with Henri and my fiance. We had champagne, a cheese board, and I made this Half Baked Harvest pasta recipe. We are expecting up to nine inches of snow this weekend so we are very excited to stay warm inside by the fire. Henri is looking forward to playing in the snow once he wakes up. I will be making this French onion soup later today.
If you have a Paris or Italy calendar, you turned the page on a new chapter and a new year. I hope this year is filled with health, happiness, travel, and good food. Wishing you all the best in 2022.
