Workout Clothes to Inspire You to Move
I just recently made the move from Zoom dancing to in person dancing for the first time in a year and half. It has been so nice to see friends in real life and dance again in a studio. Getting back to the dance studio is the motivation to keep my health on track for this year. I am down 10 pandemic pounds and I still have a few more to go. If you are like me and getting back into the routine of working out, there is nothing like a new pair of pants or shoes to kick your motivation into high gear.
I rounded up my favorite brands for work out clothes in this post. I am also sharing my favorite sneakers, sports bras, and leggings that stand the test and have been in my workout wardrobe rotation for years.
I would love to know your favorites too! Drop them below and share.
Workout Clothes
I am a big fan of Zella which is a Nordstrom brand. Their products are affordable and long-lasting.
Sizing. I am a size 6 and medium in Lululemon. Their sizing runs small and I have a bigger bust.
Madewell recently came out with a line of workout clothes and I bought both the sweatshirt and bottoms. My only complaint is that the sweatshirt needs a pocket. It is a little cropped but I love it and would buy it in a different color. I wore the black sweatshirt over the last year more times than I care to admit.
Leggings
Sports bras
Jackets
I bought this one from Madewell last year and I live in it. It is always either being worn or in the wash.
This Lululemon zip-up is perfect for colder days. It is a great layering piece or transitional piece. I walked Henri in this for a few months while it was waiting to warm up.
