Links I Love Week 40

Paris Metro

My dad visited this week for Rosh Hashanah. We hosted friends and family for a beautiful dinner, which was a great opportunity to use some of the dishes we got for our wedding. Henri has loved having my dad here; seeing them bond is sweet. I made Dad’s favorite biscotti, and he traded me for cookies from a bakery in Cincinnati.

The week has been heavy in the news. Israel and the victims of Helene have been on my mind and in my heart. Here is an excellent resource for places to help Hurricane Helene families.

I spent the week catching up on calendar preorders and am happy to say I am all caught up. For anyone who has placed a calendar order or plans to do so soon, I have something special for you. An exclusive Paris map of coffee and croissants is headed your way.

We are still watching “Nobody Wants This.” It is so good. We have been slowly digesting it in between the work week. One of the aspects I love most about the show is the light it brings to the Jewish religion and mixed relationships. It is beautiful to watch.
