Shop Right Bank Summer Strolls in Paris Print Here
This week was a heavy one. It felt hard to share what I had originally planned for the blog when so much was happening in the world. My heart goes out to all those who are struggling. Also, those who are in the path of Henri (the hurricane), I hope you stay safe.
This weekend, I was able to make it out to the suburbs of Chicago to pick up not one but two antique furniture pieces at a spot called Warehouse55. A lot of the booths are female-owned small businesses and it is important for me to support others like me. I also was able to get my hair colored and my bangs trimmed and it feels good to be cleaned up for a bit. I arrived home just in time before the rainstorm hit and climbed into bed to watch Modern Love. If you haven’t watched this season, I highly recommend it. I have only seen episode 1 of the second season. It had me in tears and still stayed with me a day later.

I ordered this Vuori workout shirt during the Nordstrom sale and it arrived while I was in Hilton Head. It is such a cute color ( I got the clay which is pinkish) I ordered a small and it is a bit long which I like so I don’t have to worry about it flashing my belly during a workout. If you haven’t tried their pants, you are missing out.

I finally caved and purchased this dog food canister for Henri. It seemed a little on the pricey side but he has the habit of destroying the food bag with his nails when he is hungry.
