Goat Cheese Salad
Goat Cheese Salad Recipe
This recipe is so simple, easy, and delicious. It will instantly transport you back to a Parisian terrace. One of my favorite meals in Paris was this salad on a terrace in Montmartre. Pair it with a glass of white wine if possible. You will love this goat cheese salad recipe for spring.
Instructions
You can use last week’s vinaigrette recipe to use on this salad. I keep some in the fridge to add mixed greens to any meal. And I picked up goat cheese at my local grocery store and bread from the market.
I cut my bread into four pieces and cut one oz of goat cheese, and divided it equally across the bread. I put the pieces in the toaster and kept an eye on them until they looked to be the right amount. It was about 5 minutes in total.
You can toast the walnuts in a pan at the same time while the bread is in the toaster.
I put the mixed greens in a bowl and added the vinaigrette, and tossed it lightly. You can add a little fresh ground pepper to the top.
