I have used and enjoy Headspace which can help you fall asleep and meditate. They are offering a Free Option called Weathering The Storm during Covid19. Teachers and Educators have special access to more resources.
Calm is also offering a Free trial period which is similar and can help with anxiety.
I know this time is incredibly stressful as your kids are home e-learning while you are also working from home. I have been sending my sister links as soon as I find them to help her think of creative ideas to keep the little ones entertained.
Project Kid This is a great resource for keeping kids busy with craft ideas with items you have at home or can easily order online.
French Stories for Kids they have the audio version so you can listen along with them.
