Links I Love Week 9: Year 2025
It is officially March, and spring is just around the corner. This week’s weather was a tease, and our Saturday dog walk was freezing with a few flurries.
My husband and I had another fundraiser over the weekend. I wore this dress from Soeur (*gifted), which may be my new favorite black dress. It is stunning on, and I shot it with Yulia earlier in the week.
I will be in Paris at the end of this week to finish any additional book photos and for a special shoot! More on that coming up soon.
As you know, I have been very into Pilates this year. If you love it too and are interested in taking a class in Paris, you can check out this new studio that just opened by an American expat.

I am crushing on the tulle dress and can’t wait for it to be restocked in my size. The black Alex Mill pants are great for travel. The medium was too big, so I swapped them for a small.

Sunday Plans
Last week, I successfully cleaned off my desk. So far so good a week later. I am trying to work on creating a distraction-free zone. (as much as possible) Taxes are on my agenda for this weekend. I am testing out ChatGBT for meal planning this week and will report back. Have you ever tried it?

Dear Rebecca,
I love your weekly blog! I wanted to reach out because you recently highlighted the agony of frozen shoulder, from which I am recovering, and this week you have a link about sleep and wrinkles. I wanted to share a connection between the all of the above that has helped me. To reduce the pressure on my shoulder joint, I retrained myself to sleep on my back (I was a life-long side sleeper). By positioning pillows under my legs, shoulder, and neck, I have gained tremendous shoulder relief and can sleep through the night again. My shoulder is recovering, and meanwhile, I’ve noticed that I am not waking up with puffiness under my eyes anymore. My eyes actually look refreshed, and I think it’s an added benefit from sleeping on my back. There’s a helpful video by a PT that I found that describes how to sleep on your back if you have shoulder problems, and I can send it to you if you are interested. It wasn’t easy at first, but the shoulder pain relief combined with better skin makes the back sleeping really worthwhile. Thanks again for all you do. Have a nice Sunday!
Hi Traci,
Thank you so much for your kind words! I am sorry you are struggling with Frozen Shoulder. It sounds like you have been able to find some relief and are recovering. I have a shoulder pillow that helps me sleep on my back and was recommended for my shoulder. Thank you! I appreciate all your helpful suggestions. It is a work in progress. Keep me posted on your recovery. xo
