Happy Sunday! While you are reading this, I am currently wrapping up my last day at One of a Kind Chicago. If you are curious about the show, I created a video with the help of Kindred Content that you can see here. It was a lot of fun and I was in front of the camera for more than I have ever been before. The hardest line was getting my name straight.

There were a lot of questions about the sweater I wore for the video. I am in love with this color and I will be wearing this sweater on repeat.

There are 4 days left of The 12 Days of Giveaways. Don’t miss out if you haven’t entered to win. Today’s giveaway is a full size Diptyque Candle!

I loved this Jennifer Aniston article from Glamour Magazine
Aniston added, “We live in a society that messages women: By this age, you should be married; by this age, you should have children. That’s a fairy tale. That’s the mold we’re slowly trying to break out of.”

A shout out to reader Nikki who surprised me yesterday at The One of A Kind Show with a box of macarons and a handwritten note. Thank you!! I am finishing work this morning while drinking coffee out of my Bonjour mug and eating macarons.

I loved meeting so many readers over the last few days at the show. There are so many Chicago readers that I really have to organize a meetup in early 2019.

Today is my last day at One of A Kind and my last year. I have plans to do something different next December. You will have to stay tuned for next year. But it has been on my bucket list for years!

  1. Ah Rebecca! With the craziness of the holidays being over I am finally catching up on all of your posts I missed, and I just saw your shoutout! Hope you had a great holiday season and looking forward to all of EDP in 2019 and hopefully a Chiczgo meetup!

    • Hi Nikki! No worries! I hope you had a great holiday. Happy New Year. Keep in touch and I hope to see you soon in Chicago. xo

  2. Your photographs are so beautiful! I love seeing them and daydreaming about Paris then trying to figure out if I recognize the place. I know this flower shop! My mom and I stopped in because how could you not?! I would love to see what is beyond the gate next to it 🙂 Thank you for sharing!

  3. They often film Mrs. Maisel in my UWS neighborhood. It is so cool to see how they transform a street with vintage cars and all the extras in costume!
It has been so hard to stop myself from binge watching the entire second series!

    • Emily, if you ever find a way to become an extra let me know. I will fly to NYC. I want to be Midge’s best friend!
