This weekend, I am in Florida visiting family to celebrate two birthday milestones. My sister and I squeezed in Pilates at her studio, and as I write this, my abs are feeling it from back-to-back classes. I love that we finally have a workout activity we both enjoy and can do together.

It is a long weekend in the US, the unofficial end of summer. Fall is my favorite season, and I cannot wait. I am slowly purging and editing my closet in anticipation of the change in weather.
