Links I Love Week 26: Year 2025
I am on my way to the South of France while I prep this week’s links. My husband and I have been planning this trip for a few months. I love the planning part of a trip, especially when it’s somewhere new. We haven’t been to the South of France together, and I’ve added a lot of new places and hotels. You can see our itinerary here.
This will be my first unplugged vacation in years, and I am both excited and unsure about how I will manage it. As my friend Tammy pointed out this week, I have been non-stop since December when I started writing the book. The blog will turn nine while I’m away, and I have a very special gift for myself to celebrate the occasion. I wanted an experience over anything else.
All good things to kick off and enjoy my summer bucket list.
Grab your coffee and croissants and join me for links I love. I will be landing early in Nice on Sunday, and an iced coffee and pastry are at the top of my list.
P.S. Don’t miss the Fourth of July sale roundup at the end of this post. There are a lot of great sales.

I usually wear flats or wedges, but these are the perfect dress heels to have in your closet for a date night or event. Classic and beautiful! These flats are just the right amount of bling. The sandal of the season for platform lovers.
This zucchini and ricotta galette is on my list to make this summer. We are attempting to grow zucchini this year and would love to make them with our own.

Everyone is getting a French bob this season.
I typically use packing cubes when I travel in my Away suitcases. I decided to roll everything to maximize space. We’re moving around a lot, and I wanted to find exactly what I needed when we arrive without making a huge mess.

My lovely Pilates instructor Jordan had a house fire that has displaced her, her husband, and her dog. I donated to her GoFundMe, and I wanted to share here as well. If you can donate just a little to help them get back on their feet, I know she would appreciate it. She brings me joy each week, which circles right back to you! Thank you.
Athena Calderone swaps her marble kitchen for one made of onyx and cherry.
This deodorant smells so good! I ordered the rose and (jasmine orange blossom) and lemon scents to try. The packaging is beautiful and uses minimal plastic, a win in my book.

Still stuck on the linen pants from J.Crew. I packed a white pair and a butter-yellow one. This blouse would look so cute paired with white linen pants.

Eby bras are so good! They make a great travel bra (I packed a few for France). Without the underwire, they are perfect for long flights. Eby is on sale up to 40% off for the holiday. The support Bralette and Relief Bra are my favorites.

Weird the story on Nice uses a picture of Villefranche sur Mer as the main shot lol.
I love your Sunday roundups. So much fun. I was surprised the article on skincare for women over 50 didn’t have more Medik8 products. Only the retinol. I’m in my early 60s and use one of their foam cleansers, plus days and night creams. All luscious and work well, and less pricey (though not cheap) vs some of the companies mentioned in the article. Well worth a look. Plus, they have a points plan (I’m about to re-buy the night cream and will get £20 off).
