Holiday Outfit Inspiration for Christmas and NYE
We have a few holiday parties this year, and I was inspired to dress up for the occasion. I hope this post gives you ideas for what to wear for your celebrations. You don’t necessarily have to buy a whole wardrobe. You can mix and match old and new pieces. Start in your closet and see what you have. Add a little sparkle or pop of red. One of my favorite pieces from last year was a Mango velvet blazer I bought. I could reuse it with a black dress and boots for the outfit below. The dress was a new purchase, and I already had the boots and blazer.
I paired it with this J.Crew sparkle top. (Currently sold out from last year, but there are some other options below)
*Frank and Eileen (gifted) surprised me with these Sligo jeans that arrived at my doorstep. I wear a size 28 and recommend sizing up with their jeans. These fit super well, and this style has a wax coating, making it appear dressier.
Christmas is just around the corner, and with quick shipping items, you can have these in time for the holidays. You can also grab your New Year’s Eve outfit and be ready for the end of 2024.
Velvet Blazer
There are lots of options for velvet blazers online this year. I will be wearing mine from Mango again this year. It went perfectly over a strapless dress for an event I attended in November. I have gotten so much use out of mine.

Black Clutch Inspiration for The Holidays
I always love having a little black dress in my closet to pull out when needed. A classic black dress that fits well can be timeless. I bought a strapless velvet dress I loved last year and wore it for our rehearsal dinner and then again in Paris. It will be perfect to wear for a holiday dinner party or date night out during the festive season. The dress was sold out, but I found some similar options below. The bag is Polène.

Sparkle Skirt Inspiration for Holidays
I paired this sparkle skirt from ME+ EM (gifted) size 6 with a Sézane button-down. It could also be paired with a silk blouse, tights, and heels.
I bought this dress to kick off the holiday for a photo shoot, and it is almost out of stock. It is stunning and so classic! Saks Friends and Family is on now and a lot of great dresses are on sale!

My favorite outfit inspo is the one you didn’t link details. The beautiful velvet top with the satin(?) skirt where you’re holding the champagne (although I love all of the others as well). Any chance you could give some direction? Maybe I’m just not seeing it. Thank you! I love your posts.
