This weekend was a quiet weekend at home. I made a trip to the Farmers Market, took a bike ride, and cooked a lot in preparation for the week. It was my niece’s 7th birthday and the family did a cake Facetime to celebrate Emma! I really wish we could all be together right now, hopefully Thanksgiving or maybe Christmas? I hope you are enjoying the last weeks of Summer.

If you have ever read the book “The Secret Garden” or enjoyed the movie, there is now a remake. It debut’s August 7th just in time for my niece’s birthday. I can’t wait for her to watch and I wish I was with her to celebrate her big day.
