Francophile Holiday Gift Guide: The Baker

I am loving the Paris Pastry Club book my Aunt bought me for my birthday. David Lebovitz My Paris Kitchen  is on repeat here at home. Also, A Kitchen in France, I am working on Mastering the Art of French Cooking, The Little Paris Kitchen, and Around My French Table

In The Kitchen

I have had my eye on a Mini Mixer by KitchenAid and of course, it has to be pink or copper. The mini mixer is great if you have a smaller kitchen like I do. Continuing with the copper theme the copper pots are on my kitchen wish list. For the macaron lover you can get these or these. 

This cocotte are from Sur La Table and under $100. I just cooked a pie in an Emile Henry pan and I am hooked! This copper gratin pan for all the holiday cooking looks amazing. For making the potatoes you can use this mandoline. 

Baking Accessories

These tartlet pans are perfect for the holidays. I am in love with madeleines and will be making them again this season with cranberry. A mini Canalé mold, I will be making another chocolate cake this Thanksgiving and this white cake stand looks perfect. This Thanksgiving we are having over 20 people at the house so the more desserts the better. I am adding this bouchon pan to my list. 

Cookies

This holiday I plan on baking a few different cookies with my Niece which I will be sharing the recipes right here. What are your favorite holiday cookies to make?  I have my eye on these adorable copper cookie cutters as well as these stamps. I started a tradition of getting a cookie cutter each year for Emma and this year she requested a Cinderella shoe.
