Ingredients

oz
bittersweet chocolate
2
cups
milk
1
tbsp
sugar
if desired
1
teaspoon
vanilla bean paste
1
cup
whipping cream
1
teaspoon
powdered sugar
Preparation
Chop chocolate into small pieces
melt chocolate and milk on stovetop on low to medium heat.
Mix with whisk until melted.
Let hot chocolate simmer on low
Mix whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean on high with hand mixer or kitchenaid mixer until peaks develop.
Add whipped cream to the top of hot chocolate and enjoy
